Metal cutting fluid is often used in metal processing, it has lubrication, rust prevention, cooling and other functions. But when used, it is easy to produce a lot of foam, which directly affects the effect of cutting fluid itself, as well as the quality of products and processing efficiency.
The use of defoamers in emulsified cutting liquid, semi or full synthetic cutting liquid doesn't need high standards for environmental requirements. It can be used normally in a variety of normal, harsh environments. It will not affect the effect of defoaming and will not harm the effect of cutting fluid.

Product Description

Rickman RK-701S is developed with a special silicone grease system and a specially designed polyether emulsification system. The new silicone grease system provides excellent defoaming and anti-foaming performance and balance. The special emulsification system ensures the compatibility of the system, diluted stability, and excellent stability of shear. It's suitable for metal cutting liquid. A little addition can achieve a foam-control effect and reduce the negative effect on the finished products due to adding lots of defoamers. It is used in full synthetic cutting liquid and semi-synthetic cutting liquid.
