Product Description

RK-S100 is a general-purpose 100% silicone-polyether defoamer, which is prepared by a characteristic graft reaction modified silicone polyether with a specially designed emulsification system. The special emulsified system makes sure compatibility, stability of dilution&shear of system. It has excellent antifoam performance, especially in some very harsh conditions. It is used in high temperature of textile and resists to acid&alkali.

Application Process:
RK-100S could be added directly. The volume of addition is 0.5‰~0.6%. According to your specific condition, optimum volume of addition could be adjusted. A certain concentration of Thickening water for dilution (no less than 1:3) and volume of preservatives need to be added if it's stored for a long time. If RK-100S is used immediately, you could add a certain proportion of water which the proportion is not too high, and should use it in time. During the stirring, the speed could not be too fast and mixed well is accepted.
