Oil, the "blood of industry", is thick and often dark brown, not only mainly used as fuel oil, but also as a raw material for many chemical industry products, such as solutions, fertilizers, pesticides, and plastics. 
In the petroleum industry, there are foaming problems in many processes from drilling and refining to transportation. If there is too much foaming, the relative density of oil will decrease, which will affect the normal operation of the machines and slow down the production process. Therefore, the appropriate addition of antifoam agents can better guarantee the defoaming problems of the oil-gas separation process, oil drilling and refining, delayed coking, asphalt production and transportation, cementing, fracturing fluid, and ensure the high quality of oil.



 

Product Description

Rickman RK-30CS is made by using a specially polyether modified silicone. Compared with the traditional defoaming agent, it maintains good stability and high-temperature performance in the system. It's suitable for gear oil, high-temperature boiling point distillation, asphalt production, benzene extraction process, transportation, and other high-temperature solvent foaming systems.
