Dyeing is a key process to make fabrics or fiber yarns produce color, and it is also a key process to enhance the value of textiles. Textiles can be dyed in all aspects of their

production, that is, stock solution, loose fiber, tow, wool top (cotton sliver).
 

In the textile process, to meet the requirements of textile processing, many additives and dyes are often added, and they will produce a large amount of foam after mechanical vibration, temperature and other changes in the production process, affecting the quality of textiles.

 

Product Description

Rickman RK-023S is a kind of silicone defoamer, it has excellent defoaming and anti-foaming performance at low dosages. It's mainly used in textile printing & dyeing and water treatment processes.

 

Product Parameters

- Good defoaming performance at low concentration levels, no sensitivity to calcium and magnesium ions in hard water.
- Excellent instant defoaming ability and long-lasting antifoaming effect.
- Great effective under continuous heating and foaming system, especially above 60ºC.
