Product Description

RK-P300-2 is a non-silicone defoamer grafted with functional modified polyether. It has good dispersibility, fast defoaming and strong dynamic foam suppression ability. It is mainly used for defoaming of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, power plant desulfurization, landfill leachate and water treatment, etc.

Instruction:
P300-2  could be added directly during production, it is recommended to continuously added by metering pumps. The volume of addition is 0.5‰~0.6%. According to your specific conditions, optimum volume of addition could be adjusted. But our advice is that dilution is not recommended, otherwise, the performance will be affected.

And how to find the most suitable defoamer solutions for  water treatment, such as landifill leachate, general wastewater treatment?

1. Defoamer should be tested and verified the added volume by small trial test.

2. The amount and the method of addition depends on the foaming capacity of the water on site.  Moreover, the wastewater treatment should be a dynamic process of continuous replenishment of new wastewater.

3. The foaming force is also a dynamic fluctuation, which needs to be determined by pilot test!
