Textiles refer to all kinds of fabrics, clothing, home textiles, etc., which are processed by various fibers and silk threads through spinning, weaving, weaving, knitting, printing and dyeing.
The textile and dyeing process is complex and easy to produce foam.

1. Sizing: slurry for sizing and yarn movement is easy to foam.
2. Dyeing: processes of medium-temperature dyeing and high-temperature dyeing are easy to foam.
3. Printing: processes of mixing pulp and textile color pulp printing are easy to foam.

Additionally, various textile auxiliaries such as dyes and penetrants, emulsifiers, and other chemical additives, have a good foaming ability. Foam affects the production process and reduces product quality.
The use of antifoam agents, especially for the textile industry, is very effective against the existence and formation of foams.
 

Product Description

Rickman RK-630T is a polyether-modified silicone antifoam by a characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by a special emulsified system. The emulsified system has good compatibility, and stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability, especially in very harsh conditions. It is used in textile dyeing, and industrial cleaning, especially high-temperature overflow dyeing, shear, and extreme pH environments. It has good use safety in some non-silicon systems.
