Product Description

RK-400S is a silicone antifoam, which is prepared by composite emulsification of silicon emulsifier and hydrocarbon emulsifier based on crosslinked polysiloxane as defoaming active component. It has better acid & alkali resistance and excellent defoaming & antifoaming persistence. It's widely used in all kinds of wastewater treatment, cleaning industry, oil field chemical industry, etc..

Application Process:
RK-400S can be added directly, stir to disperse evenly. In order to give full play to the continuous defoaming ability of the product, it is recommended to use a metering pump for continuous dripping.
Due to the temperature and stirring of different waste water systems, the ideal effect can be achieved by 10-500ppm (10ppm as the unit). According to your field test to get the most suitable dosage.
When the temperature is above 60ºC, please add defoamer before 60ºC
