Product Description

Defoamers for textile printing and dyeing should have the following characteristics:

1. Rapid defoaming and long-lasting foam suppression with high cost performance;

Product Description:
RK-1215A is a silicone defoamer which is stable in high-temperature and shear-acid system, especially in fast defoaming. It's suitable for textile printing and dyeing, industrial cleaning, metal working liquid, and other high- and mid-temperature, high-shear, and extremely pH environments.

Application Process:
RK-1215A could be added directly. The volume of addition is 0.5‰~0.6%. According to your specific conditions, optimum volume of addition could be adjusted. A certain concentration of thickening water (no less than 1:3) for dilution anda certain volume of preservatives need to be added if it's stored for a long time. If RK-1215A is used immediately, you could add a certain proportion of water, if the proportion is not too high, and should use it in time. During the stirring, the speed could not be too fast and mixing well is accepted.
