Application of industrial cleaning antifoam

1. Beer bottle cleaning and defoaming agent
In the cleaning process of beer bottles, the defoamer is usually required to withstand high temperatures and strong alkali, and solid defoamer is often used. It is recommended to use silicone solid defoamer with excellent defoaming properties. At the same time, a defoamer with a soluble carrier should be selected. If the carrier is not easily soluble, precipitation will occur and the effect will be affected.
2. Circuit board cleaning and defoaming agent
Circuit board cleaning and defoaming agents are mainly used in two processes, namely development and film removal/etching. Different processes require different products. Silicone defoamer is usually used in the development stage and is cost-effective. However, non-silicon defoamer products should be considered for the film stripping/etching stage. The circuit board cleaning defoaming agent is mainly added to the recirculation tank, and is mainly used for defoaming during the development stage.
3. Steel plate cleaning and defoaming agent
Among steel plate cleaning defoaming agents, galvanized steel plates have the highest requirements. In this case, you need to choose a polyether defoaming agent; for other applications with less demanding requirements, you can choose silicone defoaming agents, both in solid and liquid forms. RK-1210S is a silicone defoamer which is stable in high temperature, shear and acid systems, especially with its good performance of fast defoaming. It's suitable for textile dyeing and printing, industrial cleaning, polycarboxylate superplasticizer process, etc. It's also used in other typical high- and mid-temperature, high-shear, and extreme-pH environment.

Application Process:
RK-1210S could be added directly. The volume of addition is 0.5%~0.6%. According to your specific conditions, optimum volume of addition could be adjusted. A certain concentration of thickening water (no less than 1:3) for dilution anda certain volume of preservatives need to be added if it's stored for a long time. If RK-1210S is used on site, you could add a certain proportion of water and should use it in time. During the stirring, the speed could not be too fast and mixing well is accepted.
