Product Description

Three major precautions when using concrete defoaming agents
1. When the defoaming agent is used in the production of concrete with polycarboxylate series water-reducing agents, it will reduce the air content of the polycarboxylate water-reducing agent and the concrete slurry will be relatively sticky. It is recommended to add air entrainment after adding the defoaming agent. The agent can eliminate uneven large bubbles in polycarboxylic acid and introduce uniform small bubbles, which can increase the ease of concrete.
2. The defoaming agent has strong dispersion with water and admixtures, and is prone to separation after being left for a long time. It is recommended to stir continuously during this period.
3. The performance of the defoaming agent may be reduced due to alkalinity. Please avoid using it when the pH value is above 10.

Application Process:
RK-04P could be added directly. The volume of addition is 0.1%~0.6%. According to your specific condition, optimum volume of addition could be adjusted. Do not dilute.
