Application Industry:  Paper Mill / Paper Machine Wet End White Water / Industrial Water Treatment

The foam appears during pulp production, due to the black liquor that is comprised of NaOH, Na25, tall oil soap, rosin soap, lignin, cellulose, and other organic compounds. And paper machines are very sensitive to foam generation through chemical interactions on the machine such as sizing, fines, dry strength, and wet strength.  Foaming can reduce pulp and final paper quality and quantity.

Product Description

Rickman RK-080F is a non-silicone defoaming agent prepared from special high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through special emulsification, which is mainly used in eliminating and controlling foam in the paper machine and paper-making wastewater treatment industries.
