RK-DT502-2
is a type of silicone antifoam emulsion designed to control foam in aggressive foaming environments. It has better acid and alkali resistance and excellent defoaming and antifoaming persistence. It's widely used in all kinds of pulping process, wastewater treatment, cleaning industry, oild field chemical industry.

Application Process:
RK-DT502-2 could be added directly or diluted to be a low content.
RK-DT502 -2could be directly diluted with water, but should be used up immediately. If storage will be a certain period of time after dilution, please consult our company, and a professional dilution methods will be provided. Due to the temperature and stirring of different wastewater system, the ideal effect can be achieved by10-500ppm(10ppm as the unit). Optimized dosage is depended on site.
When the temperature is above 60ºC, please add defoamer before 60ºC.
The addition point is generally selected in areas where defoamers are easily dispersed, and can be continuously added by using metering pump.

Defoamers And Antifoams For Pulp And Paper Industry
The foam appears during pulp production, due to the black liquor that is comprised of NaOH, Na25, tall oil soap, rosin soap, lignin, cellulose and other organic compounds. And paper machines are very sensitive to foam generation through chemical interactions on the machine such as sizing, fines, dry strength, wet strength. Foaming can reduce pulp and final paper quality and quantity.
